Someone who can lay in and roll chop/mat, biaxial, woven, and foam into decks, hulls, and liners. Must be able to apply sheets of fiberglass and liquid resin to mold of boat and smooth with brushes and rollers.

Someone who has general knowledge of the boat building process. Must be able to install components timely with little to no direction.

This position is primarily responsible for procuring materials in an efficient and timely manner to ensure zero production delays while being cost conscience and managing appropriate inventory levels.
