Position Summary:
The Content Creator will be responsible for developing and curating content for our website and social media platforms in conjunction with strategies set by HCB/iKon Marketing Teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in editing, graphic design, video production and Drone Piloting. They should be able to work independently to create high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice, as well as collaborate effectively with other team members.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop an annual content plan for social media through photoshoot scheduling.
- Create engaging and brand aligned text, image, and video content for widespread marketing.
- Executing creative content campaigns with iKon/HCB Marketing Teams.
- Brainstorming new ideas for content and keeping up with trends. Always pushing the limits on production and delivery of content across all social media platforms.
- Analyzing analytics to track the success of content and optimize future strategies.
- Shoot, edit and produce video and photography for the company website, social media platforms, email campaigns, advertisements, and special events.
- Editing and proofreading content before publication.
- Staying up to-date on best practices in writing for digital platforms.
- Generate delivery videoettes for VIP boat packages.
- Maintain all photography and videography gear and equipment.

- To develop and manage content for social media platforms and widespread marketing.
- To create engaging and shareable content that will help grow the brand’s online presence.
- To work with the marketing team to develop content calendars and strategies.
- To track metrics and analytics related to content performance.
