Production Supervisor

The Content Creator will be responsible for developing and curating content for our website and social media platforms in conjunction with strategies set by HCB/iKon Marketing Teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in editing, graphic design, video production and Drone Piloting. They should be able to work independently to create high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice, as well as collaborate effectively with other team members.

The Design Engineer will successfully take projects from concept stage to production smoothly and efficiently. Conceptualization new product design and assist in design implementation

The electrical engineer will be conducting extensive evaluations on current electrical systems and developing new state of the art electronic system designs ensuring maximum safety and efficiency.

The Plant Accountant will be responsible for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, along with other accounting activities.

Someone who has general knowledge of the boat building process. Must be able to install components timely with little to no direction.

The Industrial Engineer will successfully take projects from concept stage to production smoothly and efficiently. Assist in new product design and implementation by utilizing existing ERP structure or creating new structure from scratch

A key member of Hydra-sports Custom Boat’s production team that will be responsible priming and painting frames, engines, and small parts as needed.

The Production Supervisor will oversee hourly employees and ensure schedules, policies, and procedures are followed. Maintaining a high level of organization and drive continuous improvement.

This position is primarily responsible for procuring materials in an efficient and timely manner to ensure zero production delays while being cost conscience and managing appropriate inventory levels.
