VONORE, TN — May 28, 2020 — HCB Yachts, the maker of the world’s largest center console yacht, is pleased to announce the addition of the American Yacht Group(AYG) to our network, and the launch of the new HCB Test and Service Center.
The new annex will replace Plantation Boat Mart (PBM) in the Florida territory and be led by AYG President, Andy Simmons.
The HCB Test and Service Center is conveniently located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and will serve as the Florida service location and dedicated technical center for all HCB partners and customers.
Elias De La Torre III, President of PBM, announced that he will be retiring from dealership management, but will remain involved throughout the AYG transition.
De La Torre III said, ”Over the years with our dealership in the Keys, I have built friendships and relationships with a lot of owners and consider them family. I am excited about the expansion of HCB Yachts’ presence in Florida firsthand, and excited to see Andy Simmons and his team serve the next wave of customers. I will remain involved with the brand in many respects and look forward to a bright future.”
